Description
Helical Lap is a set of accessories used for polishing processes in holes, inner parts, long tubular parts... the final finishing process of Bore Finishing or Honing processes where a gloss finish is required. and extremely high accuracy
Expanding Internal Laps: should be longer than the length of the bore
Standard Internal Laps: Have a diameter smaller than the hole diameter to be polished
Radial Grooves: recommended for most inner hole polishing applications due to the freedom of size adjustment. However, there are also some cases of grooving tools such as interrupted surface reinforcement
