The TH510 series semiconductor CV characteristic analyzer is an analytical instrument designed by Changzhou Tonghui Electronics for semiconductor materials and power devices based on the current development trend of semiconductor power devices.

The instrument adopts an integrated design. The parasitic capacitance and CV characteristics of semiconductor power devices such as diodes, triodes, MOS tubes and IGBTs can be tested with one button. There is no need to frequently switch wiring and set parameters. Both single-tube power devices and module power devices can be quickly tested with one button. It is suitable for rapid testing and automated integration of production lines.

The CV curve scanning and analysis capability can also meet the laboratory's research and development and analysis of semiconductor materials and power devices (this function is optional).

The instrument is designed for a frequency of 1kHz-2MHz, a Vgs voltage of up to ±40V, and a VDS voltage of up to ±200V/±1500V/±3000V, which is sufficient for most power device tests.
