Spectrum analyzer Keysight N9030A 3 Hz – 50 GHz

Functionality 

  • 3 Hz to 3.6, 8.4, 13.6, 26.5, 43, 44, or 50 GHz; extend frequency to 110 GHz with Keysight’s smart mixers and up to 1.1 THz with other vendors’ mixers
  • 10 MHz (standard), 25, 40, 85, or 160 MHz analysis bandwidth
  • Fast sweep capability ships standard on new instruments; fast power measurements available as Option FP2
  • Upgradable real-time spectrum analyzer capabilities with 100% probability of intercept for signal duration as short as 3.57 µs
