Description
The TFG5200 series arbitrary waveform function generator is precision 2 channel function generator based on DDS technology, available with frequency range 25MHz, 40MHz and 60MHz low jitter performance function signal and arbitrary waveform signal. The dual channel arbitrary function signal generator has AM, DSSC AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, BPSK modulation signal output. The 2 channel digital DDS function generator has Linearity and Logarithmic sweep signal and Burst signal output. It can be used as a sweep frequency function generator unit. The precision arbitrary waveform generator also has frequency counter function, with 6 digits frequency measurement up to 250MHz. There are three models the TFG5200 series digital programmable signal generator: Function generator 25MHz, Function generator 40MHz, Function generator 60MHz.
