The floor-standing Mitutoyo Quick Vision Apex Pro Hybrid Type 4 CNC vision measuring system completes demanding tasks in vision-based measurement and features a choice of accuracy specifications. This dual system with a non-contact displacement sensor has a scanning function that enables measurement of small height differences and 3D shapes with high accuracy. An image multi-autofocus feature and updated camera helps select the optimal focus for each surface texture for optimal edge detection, and the camera motion and strobe light are synchronized to make non-stop vision measurements without stopping the stage.
