Description

The Mitutoyo Quick Vision Hyper Hybrid CNC Vision Measuring System uses a camera and laser to measure surface contours at high speeds on the Hyper accuracy platform. Mitutoyo’s proprietary double-pinhole technique is used for the displacement sensor’s detection method. Compared to the knife-edge and triangulation techniques, this method has the advantage of a more optimal laser angle.

  • Focusing point method creates excellent measurement reproducibility
  • Laser has a wide focal depth of ±0.5 mm which makes it possible to perform measurements within a dynamic range
  • Viewer function displays a preview in order to set filter parameters and calculation items for laser scanning measurement while visual inspection is in progress
  • A variety of scanning tools including line, cross, circle and area are provided as standard
  • Programmable turreted zoom changes the magnification multiplier from 1X to 6X
  • A Programmable Ring Light (PRL) allows for fine control and direction for optimal measurement illumination to enhance the edge of inclined surfaces and very small steps
  • Main frame structure has a fixed-bridge construction achieving high-accuracy measurementsStandard temperature compensation offers higher accuracy in measurements
