KS-W624 adopts 3 sets of blades:

• Rotary blade is designed to cut through wire insulation, which largely improved stripping smoothness and accuracy.
• The other 2 sets of blades are for cutting and pulling wire insulation off the wire core.

The advantage of using separate blades for wire cutting and stripping is to guarantee stripping effect and increase blades durability. With its powerful cutting and stripping capability, perfect stripping effect, excellent processing accuracy, the machine is widely used in the new energy cable, electric vehicle charging gun cable processing, etc.

1. Blade/knife unit adopts high-power servo motor drive, suitable for all kinds of wire with diameter from 8 to 25mm. Max. 120sqmm. Belt driving construe, no damage, no indentation to the wire insulation, meanwhile, wire feeding accuracy is greatly enhanced.

2. This machine support 6-layer stripping function, the stripping length can be set independently, thus, KS-W624 can strip multi-layer cables as well as long wires. Max. wire head stripping length can reach 250mm, and Max. wire end stripping length is 200mm.

3. The stripping machine is equipped with heavy-duty wire feeding machine, Max. 1000Kg load carrying capacity, and the largest OD of wire roller is 800mm. The wire feeding machine can match the stripping machine, adjust running speed automatically, release labor force from heavy work
