Description

KS-W620 adopts 7 sets of step motors, one set controls automatic roller lifting function, one set is responsible for the conduit jumping function, and one set of motor provides power for the blade unit. In addition, 4 pcs of wire feeding rollers are driven by 4 motors separately, thus the wire cutting and stripping accuracy is improved largely. And thatʼs the reason this machine is able to strip Max. 12mm2 BVR multi-strands wires or jacket cable easily.

1. Strong power system matched with automatic roller lifting and conduit jumping function which improved its processing capability, maximum wire head stripping length can reach 120mm, while maximum wire end stripping length is 80mm, and the maximum wire diameter is 13mm!

2. KS-W620 can handle heavy-duty wire, high tension insulation wire, large length stripping and other wire processing problems. By using jacket cable stripping program, the machine can strip many times if the required stripping length is too long.

3. Extraordinary program function allows KS-W620 to change freely between various kinds of working modes such as long wire mode, short wire mode, jacket cable mode, etc. This machine has 99 sets of memory function which is used to store different parameters for next time’s convenient using.

4. Conveyor belt is suggested while cutting length is above 0.5 meter, which will guarantee the processed wires to be collected straight and orderliness.
