Automatic Solid Core Cable Wire Cutting, Stripping And Bending Machine
Intro:
This machine can cut, strip and bend wires. It works for wires within 6 sqmm. Also we have machines for 16sqmm and 25sqmm solid core cables.
Suitable:
Machine is for solid core cable. Bending shape can be adjusted.
Machine Structures:
1. Power Switch
2. Start Button: To start machine
3. Complete button:During operation, after completing cutting wires, stop.
4.7” LCD display: For setting function.
5. Pneumatic push button of the entry wheel: the pusher is pushed down by the button, and the pusher is pressed down by the button;
6.Feeding wheel: conveying wire;
7. Catheters and catheter holders: Catheters for passing wires and post-peeling concession;
8. Tool post: cutting and stripping functions;
9. Bending clamp: strip the moving clamp and bending bracket after stripping;
10. Bending rod: the bending angle can be adjusted arbitrarily in the number of sections interface;
