7xx30 High Voltage Power Supply

Description

The Genvolt 7xx30 series high voltage power supply is a compact and versatile bench top power supply that has a minimal footprint and low weight, allowing it to be transported easily and taking up very little space.    

With its simple to use design the power supply can be setup in a minimal amount of time, allowing for important functional use or testing to be carried out efficiently.    

Also known as an electric power converter, the 7xx30, is an adjustable power supply that converts unregulated AC (Alternating Current) into regulated DC (Direct Current). The precise HV output can be set via the units’ adjustment dial, and shown on the LED digital voltage meter, ensuring accurate high voltage adjustment and the confidence that the supplied circuit or device won’t exceed its limits.    

Available with one or two output connectors (sharing the same output voltage) and with either a positive or negative output polarity. The units can be supplied with a maximum output voltage of 30kV; however, each one can be individually tailored to suit your specific needs. Most of the units we currently supply tend to be 500V, 1kV, 2kV, 2.5kV, 10kV, 20kV and 30kV.    

This little bench top power supply is currently utilised in research laboratory environments, universities, colleges, high voltage test environments, project development agencies and so on.

Being a high voltage device, we’ve made sure that the unit has protection from short circuit, arcing, overload and protection against reverse polarity from the supply.
