Description

Model 3823A is a low–profile triaxial IEPE accelerometer that features internal case ground isolation.

This model incorporates a quartz shear sensing element packaged in a lightweight titanium housing. Unique design elements include an ultra–low profile that allows it to be mounted in tight spaces. Model 3823A1 incorporates a 2–hole mounting configuration that allows for multi–directional mounting. The unit is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and is also case isolated with an internal Faraday shield to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
