Description
Control block
DC motor speed controller using PWM EM-24-02-01
1. Selectable operating mode round, round or 1 round
2. Speed adjustment by internal setting
2.1 Analogue signal 0-10V, in ¼ round, round (forward) mode
2.2 Analog signal -10V~0V~+10V, in 1 loop mode (forward or reverse)
3. Function generator can be connected: integration time t = 0.1-100s, 4 selectable ranges.
4. Comparator: positive or negative value.
5. Adjust the parameter of the PI control block to control the loop current
- Kp = 0.1 ….
- Ti = 5 … 500ms
6. Current limiting 1 – 125% of maximum rating
7. Adjust the PI block parameter to control the loop current
- Kp = 1 … 48
- Ti = 2 0.5 range selection…. 5ms and 5…. 50ms
8. PWM generator can generate positive or negative signal
9. The speed of the motor is converted to 1024 bits and then converted to electrical ±10V and adjusted in 0.1 - 1 increments
10. The TR compensator for the motor will be connected in the case of open loop, so that the cutting speed changes from no-load to loaded.
- 0.8 – 2 gain adjustment for copper loss
11. Hall effect sensor will detect the feedback current and convert it to ±10V voltage adjustable in 0.5 - 1 . increments
